This was the most amazing Chinese restaurant I&rsquo;ve been at in London.
Raphael was the most welcoming and gentle person in the restaurant.
Food and drinks were unbelievably and we enjoyed it so much.
For sure I&rsquo;ll be coming back anytime soon!!!

Hakkasan Mayfair

London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.
Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).
The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

Hide, very happy to eat in this restaurant, we all ordered beef, one: naked eye cover/wild fungus/ mushroom spinach mud/red wine sauce; two: cold/roasted/stained/curry; three: dried cow/pecorino/egg yolk pasta/vinegar grains.

Absolutely superb! Everything you would expect from a three star venue. Staff and service were out of this world. Not much more to say really. It would be remiss of me not to thank Alexander and Simon who looked after us on the night we were in.

Sunday lunch at The Ritz was exceptional. First class service from charming staff, everything was perfect. The food was superb and in my opinion ranked alongside my favourite restaurant (The Waterside)

We had the most amazing Afternoon Tea experience thanks to Dhavalkumar who restlessly serviced our table with nothing but outstanding kindness. The food is great overall, but the scones earned a special place in my heart. The tea selection is wide and pretty interesting. Definitely a 10/10.

米其林品质的中餐厅，评分为米其林一星，很多人也是冲着其这个荣誉称号来的，是一家粤菜餐厅，我个人觉得还可以，也不是特别好，但也不差。

A Michelin-quality Chinese restaurant, rated one Michelin star. Many people come here for this honorary title. It is a Cantonese restaurant. I personally think it is okay, not particularly good, but not bad either.

做的粤菜，不过看着又像创意菜，反正是中国菜，味道还不错，烤乳猪可以，不过在伦敦吃一次中国菜价格不菲哦，服务也没有西餐来的好。

A Michelin-star Chinese restaurant in London is said to be super good every day. It is full of various Chinese. The taste is also good. The seasoning is actually heavy. The fresh ingredients are expensive, but it is not more expensive than some unfulfilled shops in Kerry Center. It is really cost-effective.

很多年前在Mayfair店尚未开张时，去过一次Hakkasan在Henway Place的本店，印象不错，而最近还迷上了同属Hakkasan集团旗下的HKK，所以当发现Hakkasan的这家二号店并不及Henway Place的经典，也不如HKK亲和，多少有些失望。然而撇开菜品的中华气韵不谈，不能否认Hakkasan用材的品质和烹饪技巧是高水准的。叉烧酥的改良版牛肉酥 (baked venison puff) 馅料充足，牛肉松软到直接融化在口中；带子烧卖和虾饺同样新鲜饱满，多汁有咬劲。主菜同样不乏精致，然而多带有刻意的迎合。香煎鲈鱼 (grilled Chilean seabass in honey) 用的是智利海鲈鱼，称是称鲈鱼，其实别是南极鳕鱼，口感也因此和鲈鱼有所区别，比鲈鱼更加厚泽。这道菜，虽然选鱼有考量、糖色也不错，总体味道却并谈不上印象深刻，鱼块上的那几条炸菌菇更是令人匪夷所思。黑松露烤鸭 (black truffle roast duck) 酥皮、润肉，底下有加分的茶树菇，然而烤鸭上最令人期待的黑松露，却并没有实现它锦上添花的价值，反而有些不知所措的鸡肋，为了用之而用之，真的可惜浪费了几片好松露。总体评价: 味道/服务中分，更推荐Henway Place本店或者HKK。

Many years ago, when the Mayfair store was not opened, I went to Hakkasan&#39;s store in Henway Place. I had a good impression. Recently, I was fascinated with HKK, which belongs to the same Hakkasan Group, so when I found that Hakkasan&#39;s No. 2 store is not as classic as Henway Place, and it is not as friendly as HKK. I am somewhat disappointed. However, the Chinese charm of the dishes aside, it cannot be denied that the quality and cooking skills of Hakkasan are of high standard. The improved version of beef stew with roasted stew is sufficient, and the beef is soft enough to melt directly in the mouth; the saucy roast and shrimp stew are also fresh and full, juicy and bitey. The main course is also exquisite, but it is more deliberately catered to. Fried salmon (grilled Chilean seabass in honey) uses Chilean sea bass, called salmon, in fact, not Antarctic salmon, the taste is also different from salmon, more thick than salmon. This dish, although the choice of fish has been considered, sugar color is also good, the overall taste is not impressive, the fish on the few fried mushrooms is even more incredible. Black truffle roast duck (black truffle roast duck) bran skin, moist meat, there are extra points of tea tree mushrooms, but the most expected black truffle on the roast duck, but did not realize its icing value on the cake, but some overwhelmed chicken ribs, in order to use it, really unfortunately wasted a few pieces of good truffle. Overall evaluation: The taste/service score, more recommended Henway Place our store or HKK.

餐厅位于市中心，也是oxford circus地铁站附近。门面也是不显眼，要仔细辨认。创办人色小时候移民英国的丘德威，因为旗下还有别的茶点店，也有人称为丘氏茶点。菜品以融合粤菜为主，不难吃，但也和茶餐厅的水准没啥区别。环境服务肯定高于普通茶餐厅，但价格也是翻倍。

Hakkasan, the dishes are quite creative, the store lights sway music dances tones. Chinese dishes have a sense of fashion. The service is even more unexpected. I know that we are birthdays and actually wrote the word &quot;happy birthday&quot; on the plate. It is really intimate and warm.
